Responsibilities
- Oversee 20+ person night shift team including training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS systems to achieve 99.5% order accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily compliance audits
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and inventory departments
- Analyze KPIs (throughput, error rates, labor costs) and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory control cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 3PL or manufacturing environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency with WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with union labor relations (Local 705 preferred)
