Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff in receiving, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement inventory control systems using RF scanning technology
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols after dark
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for urgent order fulfillment
- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules for forklifts and conveyors
- Train new hires on warehouse systems and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in night shift environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Forklift Operator certification
- Ability to work independently during low-supervision hours
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
