Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols, equipment operation, and efficiency standards
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition and operational continuity
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare shift reports for management review
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues promptly
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics preferred
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
