Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift employees, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize warehouse workflows for peak overnight productivity and safety compliance
- Implement inventory control systems using WMS technology (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Conduct daily safety audits and ensure OSHA/CDC protocol adherence
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift and transportation teams
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator license required
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS, SAP, or Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure overnight environments
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and emergency protocols
