Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift warehouse staff daily
- Optimize inventory flow using WMS systems
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and compliance
- Coordinate loading/unloading of 53ft trailers
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings
- Resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time
- Prepare shift performance reports for management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Advanced knowledge of OSHA standards
- Proficient in warehouse management software
- Strong problem-solving under pressure
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid Texas driver's license
