Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 night shift associates
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational transitions
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency
- Conduct quality control checks and address discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/nights)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
