Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift team members, providing daily guidance and performance coaching
- Optimize warehouse operations for maximum efficiency and throughput
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all shifts
- Manage inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting procedures
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
- Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
