Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members during 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM operations
- Implement lean inventory management practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate loading/unloading of 53-foot trailers
- Train new hires on warehouse systems
- Generate daily productivity reports
- Resolve equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Previous night shift experience preferred
- Basic Excel proficiency
