Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and dock operations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse processes for efficiency and productivity targets
- Coordinate with day shift managers for seamless transition of operations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges appropriately
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work independently and lead under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
