- Oversee 15-20 night shift personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Coordinate receiving, inventory management, and shipping operations using WMS systems
- Conduct daily performance reviews and implement process improvements
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Resolve operational issues and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift oversight
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
