Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members, assigning tasks and ensuring operational efficiency
- Monitor inventory management systems, conducting cycle counts and resolving discrepancies
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Coordinate with day shift managers to ensure seamless operational handoffs
- Train and develop team members on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
- Optimize workflow processes to meet productivity targets and deadlines
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
