Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift team members, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Oversee receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment operations
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Address performance issues and provide coaching/feedback
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
