Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 team members during overnight shifts, ensuring productivity and safety compliance
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce errors
- Conduct daily safety briefings and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and company protocols
- Generate performance reports and address operational bottlenecks
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition and continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and knowledge of WMS systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
