Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate nightly warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations during all operations.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counting to maintain accuracy.
- Lead and mentor a small team of night shift associates, ensuring high productivity and morale.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and logistics coordinators.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) consistently.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
