Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members in efficient order fulfillment
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift supervisors
- Implement process improvements for 99.5% accuracy rates
- Conduct performance reviews and skill development sessions
- Resolve operational escalations during peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse leadership experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Proven ability to manage 24-hour operations
- Strong problem-solving under pressure
- Associate degree in Supply Chain preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
