Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 warehouse staff during overnight shifts to ensure operational efficiency
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate inventory management systems including cycle counts and audits
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and meet KPIs
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Prepare shift reports and communicate daily performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse machinery (certification preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
