Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift team members including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handover
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Generate daily reports on productivity, safety metrics, and inventory levels
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Spanish language proficiency highly preferred
