Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 night shift team members, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics operations, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and dock management
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across all warehouse activities
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS systems to maximize efficiency and minimize errors
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift supervisors and transportation teams
- Conduct daily operational audits and generate performance reports for senior leadership
- Lead problem-solving initiatives for operational challenges during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-hours
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic data analysis skills for operational reporting
