Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse associates through task delegation and performance coaching
- Coordinate inventory management, cycle counts, and shipping/receiving processes
- Investigate and resolve operational issues using data-driven decision making
- Train staff on new equipment, procedures, and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and KPIs
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Spanish fluency preferred for diverse team communication
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays
