Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 night shift associates
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and digital tools
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and management
- Conduct quality checks and resolve operational issues in real-time
- Prepare daily performance reports for morning leadership team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Valid forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Available to work 10 PM - 6 AM with flexible weekend schedule
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
