Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless handovers.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and performance reviews.
- Address operational issues immediately and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working order.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
