Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage 12-person team with scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS management
- Resolve operational issues and maintain efficient workflow during peak hours
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless transition and handovers
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift background
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
