Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition and handovers
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred
