Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift associates in receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and lean methodologies
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols during overnight operations
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and real-time performance coaching
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues
- Generate nightly performance reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation skills
- Proficient in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, including weekends
