Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage team of 8-12 warehouse associates with performance reviews and coaching
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all shifts
- Optimize inventory management systems and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless handovers
- Train new hires on equipment operation (forklift, pallet jacks)
- Process payroll documentation and attendance records
- Collaborate with logistics team for efficient dock scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid Washington driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
