Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ warehouse associates during overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software
- Conduct daily performance reviews and shift handovers
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
