Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily night-shift logistics and inventory operations to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates, conducting shift briefings and performance reviews.
- Monitor safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Analyze workflow data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of freight, ensuring proper handling of all equipment and inventory.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time during the shift to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but training is provided.
