Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members, ensuring safety protocols and efficiency
- Optimize inventory management systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
- Implement lean warehouse practices and continuous improvement
- Conduct daily safety audits and compliance checks
- Train new hires on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve escalated customer/vendor issues during night operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery expertise
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
