Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members to ensure safety protocols and productivity standards
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Handle escalations and resolve conflicts among team members
- Generate shift reports and communicate with day shift leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
