Responsibilities
- Supervise night shift warehouse operations (12AM-8AM)
- Train and mentor 10-15 team members
- Optimize inventory management systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift for seamless transitions
- Implement process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in WMS software
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and inventory knowledge
