Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members and daily warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and coordinate with DC/FL distribution centers
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols for night operations
- Process high-volume shipments using WMS technology and barcode systems
- Conduct performance reviews and implement process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for 24/7 supply chain continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years warehouse/supervisory experience or willingness to train
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
