Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage incoming and outgoing shipments with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized inventory using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work environment throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure smooth workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
