Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanning technology
- Maintain organized inventory control and cycle counting procedures
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Perform quality inspections and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Train and mentor new team members on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
