Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Inspect and maintain warehouse cleanliness, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless operational handovers
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate technical problems promptly
- Support loading/unloading of trucks and optimize storage space utilization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in using warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Basic math skills for inventory management
