Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers and inventory transfers
- Operate automated conveyor systems and quality control equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday through Friday
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
