Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly targets
- Enforce safety standards and maintain organized workspaces
- Assist in quality control inspections of incoming/outgoing goods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Availability for consistent overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid forklift certification strongly desired
