Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using barcode scanners and RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and accurately
- Maintain organized warehouse space and conduct daily inventory counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
- Support inventory audits and quality control initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM, 4-5 days/week)
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
