Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and manage inventory in a temperature-controlled facility
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely delivery to distribution partners
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
