Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package shipments in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to our Cleveland facility with on-site parking
- Flexible availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (including weekends)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
