Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse zones using efficient stacking methods
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily shipping targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Document all activities using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of inventory control procedures and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
