Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 person overnight team to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Oversee inventory control systems and cycle count processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operations handover
- Resolve operational issues and optimize workflow efficiency
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates on equipment and procedures
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation proficiency
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
