Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shift operations
- Optimize inventory workflows using WMS software and RF scanners
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with day shift supervisors
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Train new hires on equipment operation and procedures
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
