- Oversee 15+ person night shift team, ensuring productivity and safety compliance
- Implement inventory control protocols using WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day and afternoon shifts
- Conduct quality audits and process improvements
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance schedules
- Handle incident reporting and resolution procedures
- Train staff on SOPs and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification required
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Flexibility to adjust to seasonal operational changes
