Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations and coordinate 10-15 member team
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain workplace safety protocols
- Optimize loading/unloading processes for maximum efficiency
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment and procedures
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless handoffs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
