- Optimize inventory management through cycle counting and WMS oversight
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with day-shift leadership
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentor team members
- Prepare daily productivity reports and process improvement suggestions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
