Responsibilities
- Directly supervise 10-15 warehouse associates during night shift operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock workflows
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentor team members
- Resolve escalated customer service issues during overnight hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 3PL environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Spanish bilingual a plus for diverse team management
