Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift warehouse associates
- Optimize inventory receiving, storage, and shipping workflows
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance
- Train staff on new equipment and procedures
- Generate daily performance reports for management
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
