Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team with cross-functional responsibilities
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols across all operations
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers
- Conduct performance evaluations and team development initiatives
- Resolve operational challenges using lean methodology principles
- Generate nightly performance reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate warehouse equipment
- Flexibility to work 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM schedule
- Valid Washington state forklift certification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
