Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and shipments
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in warehouse management software (WMS)
- Availability for flexible overnight schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
