Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly inventory control and warehouse operations
- Train and direct 8-10 member night shift team
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Optimize loading/unloading processes using RF scanners
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
- Generate daily performance reports for management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Availability for flexible scheduling
